Humanoid characters (e.g. humans, kemonomimis, fantasy races, etc).

Anthro characters (e.g. flat-faced anthro, fursuit-style, etc).

Feral characters (e.g. wolves, warrior cats, dragons, etc).

Original characters, including OCs, (per/fur)sonas, and kinsonas/CBCs.

Fanart or Canon/OC interactions.

Light gore and scars (e.g. blood, bruises, healed scars).

NSFW, "spicy", explicit sexual content, and suggestive content (18+).

Overly detailed designs (e.g. mecha, heavy armour, hyper realism).

Heavy gore (e.g. realistic wounds, detailed organs).

Hateful content such as homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, or ableism.

Illegal/immoral content such as pedophillia, zoophillia, or incest.

Some exceptions to the 'will draw' list (e.g. fanart of some media, NSFW of kinks I'm not personally comfortable with, etc).

I have the right to refuse a request for any reason, with or without explanation.

I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation.

My commissions are hosted on VGen. I do not accept commissions through other platforms or from people without an active VGen account.

Communication will take place in VGen chat. You may be contacted on other socials when unresponsive on VGen. If any communication has happened off-site for any reason, screenshots of said interaction will be posted in the VGen chat.

I do not work on a FCFS basis ("first come first serve"). Smaller commissions or commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions.

Clients must be 18+ to request NSFW commissions. If I have any reason to believe you are underage while requesting an NSFW commission, the commission will be refused/cancelled.

Revisions can only be made during the sketch phase. "Surprise me" (or "skeb") commissions do not come with any progress shots nor revisions. Some exceptions may be made, such as small colour corrections or addition of missed design details.

All commissions will be delivered in .png format (.gif for animated commissions) with dimensions ranging from 1500px ~ 3000px. Exceptions may be made, depending on the commission and request. I will never share the .clip or .psd file.

All finished commission files will be sent through VGen's Final Delivery feature.

The estimated turnaround time ranges from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the style and queue. I will not work with deadlines or rush orders.

The Guaranteed Delivery date is 6 months after the commission has been confirmed. If I exceed the Guaranteed Delivery date for any reason, you will be contacted and informed of the status of your commission.

You may contact me at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but should not be rushing/pressuring me.

Payment is made when I've sent you a proposal, which is after I have reviewed and confirmed your request. The commission will be on an 'on hold' status until payment has been received.

My operating currency is $USD, but payment can be made using any currency.

Payment is to be done via VGen, which supports several payment methods including PayPal. I do not offer alternative payment methods.

PayPal/VGen fees are not paid by the client. You only pay what the commission price states.

Payment must be made within 48 hours after the proposal/invoice has been sent, or your request may be cancelled.

If you cancel the commission after payment has been made and before I start working on the lineart, you will receive an 80% refund. As soon as I start the lineart or after you have confirmed the sketch I will no longer be issuing any refunds upon your cancellation.

If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If I cancel the commission because I have reason to add you to the blacklist, the regular refund terms will apply (80% before lineart, 0% after sketch).

You will not receive anything from a cancelled commission, including the sketch and any progress shots. You are not allowed to use any of these materials.

Cancelled commissions may be repurposed by me as a YCH or personal art. The character(s) originally intended for the commission will not be recognisable.

If you file a chargeback you will be blacklisted and I have the right to repurpose the commission sketch.

You may make minor edits to the completed and paid for commission (e.g. cropping, adding text/borders, etc). Major edits, or use of the commission to create your own content, is prohibited.

You may use/reupload the commissioned piece only if proper credit is provided to me (Tanimtoo). Proper credit can be a linkback (e.g. to my Toyhouse, VGen, or Carrd) or mention/ping of my account on the platform you're posting to. View my list of socials to see where and how I can be credited.

You may get physical merch for personal use of the artwork (e.g. printing the artwork to hang on your wall, getting the art as a keychain through Wooacry, etc). Personal use only, unless discussed otherwise.

You may not claim the commissioned piece as your own work, whether you did or did not make any edits to the commission.

The commission price may be counted up to a character's value. It is expected that the price paid at the time is the amount added to the character's worth, any future price updates are not to alter this.

Do not use my art in relation to AI or NFTs. This means you may not add my art to any AI database nor put any AI filters over my art. You are free to put ANTI-AI filters on my art such as glaze, nightshade or artshield.

I have the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any of my platforms unless specified otherwise by the client beforehand, in which case an NDA fee applies.

I do not claim ownership over any of the characters portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective owner(s) and/or creator(s).

I uphold the Standard Usage Licenses, including 'Personal', 'Monetized content', and 'Commercial merchandising'. Monetized and Commercial come with additional fees, or may not be available on some commissions.

Use as OC, sona, mascot, story characters, fandom, self-insert, etc.

Assign or change identity, character and lore, such as gender, orientation, age, personality, backstory, etc.

Assign or change physical or mental attributes, such as ethnicity, body type, disabilities, disorders, etc.

Use in projects such as stories, comics, animations, etc, as long as it is not monetized without commercial rights.

Use in NSFW content such as art or writing, as long as you as the owner are an adult. Don't resell, trade or gift a design including NSFW content to a minor.

Co-owning my design under a set of strict rules. Both owners must comply with these terms. Both owners must be on toyhouse. No more than two people may own one design at a time. I must be contacted when a co-ownership starts or ends, as you may not create or delete a second profile by yourself, and I wish to be informed either way.

Use in hateful content, such as portrayals of homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, ableism, etc. Some exceptions may be made for storytelling purposes, contact me if unsure.

Use in illegal/immoral content, such as pedophillia, zoophillia, or incest.

Create an original species based off my design.

Use of minors or ferals in NSFW content, or use in NSFW content if you as the owner are a minor. If an anthro design has been added to my formerly feral design, NSFW content is okay as long as the anthro design is used.

Anything AI, NFT, crypto, etc. My designs are not to be used in association with any of this in any way.

All designs are to be kept on Toyhouse. This is for credit, reference, and T.o.S. visibility purposes. Do not delete my design without discussion and my approval. Do not give my design to someone without a Toyhouse account.

Do not (re)upload my designs to Toyhouse. The ownership logs should link back to me as a means to verify.

If you no longer wish to keep the design, it is to be resold, traded, or gifted. Otherwise it can be returned to me. Do not delete the character.

If you want to quit Toyhouse, the design is to be kept on your profile even if inactive. If there's a change in ownership, the character should still be properly transferred to the new user's Toyhouse.

Don't grade my designs high/medium/low quality. Do not enter my designs into forum games that make use of the HQ/MQ/LQ system.

Do not steal, trace, copy, etc. my designs. I'm okay with inspiration or colour-picking within moderation.

I have the right to post my designs on my social platforms or use them for examples. This includes adopts, customs, and others.

Don't add your own terms to my designs, especially if they contradict my terms. This includes barring people from reselling a character after you sold it to them. My T.o.S. are the only that apply (only exception being species terms that may apply alongside mine).

Keep the original design recognisable, slight changes are always alright.

Don't claim my design as yours after redesign, nor add yourself as a designer.

Keep the original design image on the profile (potentially in a sub-gallery or tab) instead of deleting it.

Do not edit my artwork. If you want to redesign any aspects you are expected to create a new design image yourself. Do not do this by editing or drawing over the adopt/design image I created.

Designs may be redesigned to fit a (closed) species as long as the original design is still recognisable. (Closed) species designs may also be redesigned to be voided from the species. Follow the species' T.o.S.

Payment is made once I've confirmed you won the adopt and have provided you with a link to pay.

PayPal fees are not paid by the buyer. You only pay what the adopt price states. Tipping is appreciated as long as it is not intended to cover the fees, which is against PayPal's tos.

Do not provide your address. If asked for a shipping address, make sure to set it to 'address not needed'. This is part of scam prevention and very important to me.

I can do holds for adopts as long as I'm made aware you will need it (state it in your initial comment). I don't do holds for more than a month.

I can do payment plans for adopts as long as I'm made aware you will need it (state it in your initial comment). I only do payment plans for adopts above $100. The adopt will be marked as on hold until the plan is completed, after which it will be transferred to you.

I will not refund an adopt once it has been paid for.

Do not back out of offers on adopts. If you absolutely have to, contact me about it (comment or dm me), don't delete your comment without notifying me.

If you file a chargeback you will be blacklisted and reported. If I can't fight the claim to get the money back, it means you have no longer paid for the adopt meaning it will be considered a stolen design. I will contact Toyhouse staff to get the design transferred back and otherwise I will re-upload and resell.

Don't resell a design for more than you bought it for, unless you've added to the worth with commissions.

Do not resell a design you got for free, unless you've added to the worth with commissions. Trading/gifting is always okay.

What you spent on a design, is the current worth. The original/previous worth should be reset to whatever you paid for the character. If you got a design through trading, you can't sell it for money. There's no such thing as "trade value".

DA Points and Vouchers count as money and fall under the same rules as real-life currencies do when it comes to reselling. I am fine with vouchers, but do not approve of the use of them to bypass resale rules.

Don't use my designs as an investment. Do not redesign my design with the intent to resell or use as trade fodder. Do not add personal art to the character with the intent to sell it for a higher price and make profit off of my design. I'm okay with personal art being added to the worth but be reasonable about it.

Don't trade/resell characters with NSFW content to minors, nor delete NSFW from the character's gallery to transfer to minors.

Don't give my designs to people on the blacklist. This includes selling, trading, and gifting.

Don't commission art for people on the blacklist. This includes acting as a middle man, or commissioning art to gift to them.

You may get blacklisted for breaking my terms (art/commission tos or adopt/design tos), being generally toxic towards me, or any other reason I see fit. I don't blacklist people easily and only use it as a last resort.

If you accidentally broke my terms, please contact me about it. You won't be blacklisted for one term you forgot to keep in mind as long as you're honest and reasonable about it.

The blacklist applies to all my designs, including designs made prior to the blacklisting. Once you're blacklisted, you may not receive any of my designs, no matter if they're made years ago.

Do not approach those on the blacklist with ill intent. These people are listed here so it's known who my designs should not be given to, and so that I and the blacklisted people know the reason. I will not tolerate any form of 'witchhunting'.

Do not attempt to obtain my designs. You may not purchase my adopts, nor buy designs of mine through third parties.

Do not attempt to obtain my art. You may not commission me, nor ask third parties to commission me for you.

I don't revoke designs. Designs owned by you prior to being blacklisted are allowed to be kept until traded away. This excludes stolen designs or adopts you filed a chargeback for.

You are free to keep using any art I've created for you prior to the blacklisting.

My T.o.S. still apply to my designs and art, even if you're blacklisted.

If you don't know why you're blacklisted, or think you deserve to be removed from the blacklist, you are free to contact me regarding this. I don't mind explaining or possibly appealing.
