Humanoid (characters that look human) & Kemonomimi (humanoids with animal ears/tails).

Anthro (also known as 'furry').

Feral (animals on 4 legs).

Original characters (OCs and (per/fur)sonas).

Fanart or Canon/OC interactions of some media (currently: Genshin Impact, Avatar (ATLA/LOK), ask for other possibilities).

Light gore (ex. Blood, bruises, etc.) or candygore.

NSFW, either explicit sexual content or suggestive content/implied NSFW (only for adult/18+ clients).

Fanart and canon characters not listed in Section 1 term e.

Heavy gore (ex. detailed internal body parts, excessive amounts of blood, etc.)

Mecha or detailed/heavy armour.

Some NSFW such as certain kinks (discuss the possibilities with me, I may not draw everything but it's safe to bring anything to the discussion table).

Sexualized underage characters (in actual age and appearance).

Hateful content such as portrayals of homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, ableism, etc.

Illegal/immoral content such as pedophillia, zoophillia or incest.

I have the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.

I have the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.

I have the right to upload the commission on any/all social media unless specified by the client beforehand.

I will not work with deadlines or rush orders.

I do not work on a fcfs basis ("first come first serve"). Smaller commissions or commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions.

NSFW commissions may only be ordered by clients aged 18 or older. If I have any reason to suspect the you are underage while asking for an NSFW commission, the commission will be refused/cancelled.

You may contact me at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but should not be rushing/pressuring me.

You are paying for a service/digital good and thus will not require any shipping of any kind.

All commissions will be done as sampled in the style ordered. If the commission strays from the style it will be minimally and due to improvement/inconsistency, never out of laziness.

All commissions will be done in .PNG format with dimensions ranging from 1500px ~ 2500px. Exceptions may be made, depending on the commission and request.

All commissions will be sent via VGen. You will receive the completed commission .PNG file. Alternatives (e.g. sta.sh link) may be requested by the Client.

Depending on the style and queue, the estimated turnaround ranges from one week to two months.

If I have to take longer than two months to complete the commission for whatever reason, you will be contacted and informed of the status of your commission.

Payment is made after you have approved the sketch. The sketch might be resized and/or watermarked. The commission will be on an "on hold" status until payment has been received.

Payment is to be done via VGen, which can be done though PayPal. I currently do not offer alternative payment methods.

Prices are displayed in $USD. Payment can be made using any currency which will automatically be converted into USD.

PayPal/VGen fees are not paid by the client. You pay what the commission price states. Tipping is appreciated if not to cover the fees.

Payment must be made within 48 hours after approval of the sketch unless discussed otherwise.

If you cancel your commission for whatever reason, you may receive a partial refund depending on how much of the commission has been finished: 60% refunded if in the lineart stage, 40% refunded if in the colouring stage, 20% refunded if in the rendering stage and 0% if nearly complete.

You will not receive anything from a cancelled commission, including the sketch and any progress shots.

If I cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with the commission, no refunds will be given.

Cancelled commissions may be repurposed as YCHs or personal art. The character(s) the commission originally featured will not be recognisable in the YCH/art.

You may make minor edits to the completed and paid for commission (e.g. cropping, adding text/borders, etc.). Major edits, or use of the commission to create your own content, is prohibited.

You may use/reupload the commissioned piece for personal and non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to me (Tanimtoo) and a linkback to my Toyhouse, other socials or Carrd is provided.

You may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with me beforehand. This includes, but is not limited to, anything related to content creation and brand representation.

You may not claim the commissioned piece as your own work, whether you did or did not make any edits to the commission. I will remain to be the sole creator of the image.

I do not claim ownership to any of the characters/subjects portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective owner(s) and/or creator(s).

The commission price may be counted up to a character's value. It is expected that the price paid at the time is the amount added to the character's worth, any future prices are not to alter this.

OCs, sonas, etc. Simply characters for your own enjoyment.

Character identity is up to you. You may assign them any name, pronouns, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, etc.

Use in stories, comics, animations, etc. is fine as long as it is not monetized/commercial in any way. (If you wish to do so, please contact me and it can be discussed).

Fandom OC/self-insert stuff is okay! If you have to redesign the character so it fits in the universe, please refer to Section 5.

Co-owning characters designed by me is okay under a set of strict rules. Both owners must comply with these terms. Both users must be on toyhouse. No more than two people may own one design at a time. Due to section 3 rule a and rule b, I must be contacted when a co-ownership starts or ends as you may not create or delete a second profile yourself.

Hateful content such as portrayals of homophobia, transphobia, sexism, racism, ableism, etc.

Illegal/immoral content such as pedophillia, zoophillia or incest.

NSFW of minors or ferals. NSFW of any of my designs if the Owner is a minor. (You may draw my initially feral designs as anthro and make NSFW of that, though.)

Create a species using my design. You may make up a species to say the character is, but you are not to create an "open/closed species" from my design.

AI, NFT, Crypto, etc. My designs are not to be used in association with any of this in any way.

All designs are to be kept on Toyhou.se for credit, reference and T.o.S. visibility purposes. Do not delete a character for any reason without discussion and my approval. Do not give a character to someone without a Toyhou.se account.

Do not (re)upload my designs to toyhouse yourself! I want the ownership logs to link back to me as a means to verify.

If you no longer wish to keep the design, it is to be resold/traded/gifted or returned to me.

If you want to quit Toyhou.se, the design is to be kept on your profile even if inactive. If resales/trades take place, the character should still be properly transferred on Toyhou.se.

Don't refer to my designs as HQ/MQ/LQ, or at the very least refrain from doing so.

Don't refer to my designs as oneoffs/knockoffs!! I am very okay with (closed) species and don't want my designs to be portrayed otherwise. Oneoffs/knockoffs are characters/species made with the intent to be a near-copy of closed species, which I do not approve of.

Don't credit me in art I didn't make. You don't need to credit me every time you show someone art of your character as long as you can provide credit if someone happens to ask.

Do not make 'breedables' involving my designs. This is quite literally copying parts of my designs, profit or not. Please contact me before creating 'twin' characters.

My designs are original and do not use any heavy inspiration from other designs. They may use pre-existing colour palettes or be based on pre-existing moodboards, though if this is the case it is usually specified.

My adopts are hand-drawn unless stated otherwise. Check the credit section of images; I always credit any bases used.

Do not steal, trace, copy, colour pick, etc. my designs. Took inspiration and think yours ended up too close to my design? Just contact me and we can work it out! :)

I may post my designs on my social platforms or use them for examples. This includes adopts, customs and others. I will only use the original image I created.

I don't claim ownership over art you create/commission for your characters that I designed.

I am an adult! Some people are personally uncomfortable of getting NSFW art of characters designed by a minor, so I thought I should clarify it for those people that I am 20 so go buckwild!! :)

Something wrong with my design? Please contact me!! If I accidentally incorporated some hateful element in my design I would like to know so I can fix it.

Do not edit my artwork. If you want to redesign any aspects do not do this by editing or drawing over the adopt/design image I created.

Keep the original design recognisable, slight changes are alright.

Don't claim my design as yours even if you redesigned some aspects.

Keep the original design somewhere on the profile (like in a sub-gallery or tab) instead of deleting it.

Do not commission someone to redesign my designs! I'm okay with redesigning, I am not okay with other people getting paid for that.

Designs may be redesigned to fit a (closed) species as long as the original design is still recognisable. Follow the species' T.o.S. as well.

Don't redesign into a closed species knockoff. Refer to Section 3 term e.

Contact me before making a version of a character that is wildly different from the original design. Such as making a humanoid design for an originally feral character, or vice-versa. Changing one feral species into a very different other feral species is okay as long as the markings and other features remain roughly the same.

Don't resell a design for more than you bought it for unless it comes with extra art (this does not apply to trading for a character with a higher worth).

Redesigning to resell or to use as trade fodder is not something I am okay with. Refer to the redesign rules in Section 5.

Don't use my designs as an investment. Do not add personal art to the character just so you can sell it for a higher price and make profit off of my design. I'm okay with personal art being added to the worth but be reasonable about it.

Don't trade/resell characters with NSFW art or content to minors. Please respect the artists and don't delete NSFW artwork without permission so it can be traded to minors.

Don't add your own terms to the character/design, especially if they overwrite my terms. My T.o.S. are the only that apply.

Do not sell free characters you got from me unless there's extra art. Trading/gifting is always okay.

I do holds and payment plans for adopts as long as I'm made aware you will need it beforehand and the time frame is reasonable.

Do not back out of offers on adopts. If you absolutely have to, tell me rather than just deleting your comment.

I don't refund adoptables under any circumstances.

What you spent on design, is the current worth. If you got a design through trading, do not sell it for USD. If you bought a character with $150 as worth for $20, the worth should be reset to $20.

DA Points and Vouchers fall under the same rules as real-life currencies do when it comes to reselling. I am fine with vouchers, but do not approve of the use of them to bypass resale rules.

Are you on the blacklist? Please do not attempt to get your hands on one of my designs.

Do you own one of my designs? I ask you not to resell, trade or give any designs of mine to the people listed above.

You may get blacklisted for breaking my art terms, breaking my design terms, being generally toxic towards me or any other reason I see fit. I don't blacklist people easily and only use it as a last resort.

If you accidentally broke my terms, please do contact me about it. You won't be blacklisted for one term you forgot to keep in mind as long as you're honest and reasonable about it.

If you don't know why you're blacklisted or think you deserve to be removed from the blacklist, you are free to contact me regarding this. I don't mind explaining or possibly appealing.

I don't take back designs from blacklisted people. Designs owned by you prior to being blacklisted are allowed to be kept. If you trade them away you may not attempt to get them back later.

Do not approach those on the blacklist with ill intent regarding this list. These people are listed here so it's known to others who they should not give my designs to and so that I and the blacklisted people know the reason. I will not tolerate any form of 'witchhunting'.

The blacklist applies to all my designs, including designs made prior to the blacklisting. Once you're blacklisted, you may not receive any of my designs, no matter if they're made years ago.
